I’m a foodie at heart, so it’s like, I’m going to go out of my way on two separate occasions to the up-and-coming Pakistani chopped cheese spot Nishaan to get the perfect shot. And yes, it was worth it (like always).
First I had the Bihari Barbacoa tacos which were actually insanely tasty (marinated with Bihari spices topped with Oaxaca cheese, onions, and tamarind salsa).

To offset the spicy flavors and cool everything down, next came the Elotes Chaat: sweet corn mixed with sour cream, lime cilantro sauce, and tamarind chutney, topped with bhel, cotija, onions, and chaat masala (YUM!):

On a separate occasion I had to go back and get the main attraction, which was *THE* classic Nishaan Pakistani Chopped Cheese: spiced patties chopped up with Pakistani spices, combined with peppers, onions, pepper jack & American cheese on a toasted hero with lime cilantro sauce and tamarind chutney (main photo).
