MadSqEats is back to tame the end-of-summer blues

There are tons of ways to get your pop-up fix in the city; between Smorgasburg, Seaport, the random food trucks scattered, Coney Island, and Rockaway, what ways aren’t you eating delicious street food in every borough like the spoiled food-obsessed NYC resident you are?

But hands down, I have to say there’s something about Madison Square Park’s MadSqEats that has me dishing out all my cash to chill under the signature marimekko umbrellas sipping wine for hours trying all the different vendors.

I already described my glorious experience with the Red Hook Lobster Pound lobster rolls, which is one of the many beautiful things about MadSqEats, but there are SO many options (for a complete list of vendors click here) like Roberta’s Pizza stand for instance (and to think I almost gave up on pizza). Just look at this perfect-looking pie that’s baked in their portable stone oven.

The area can get a bit crowded, so I wasn’t even the least bit surprised when I ran into a fellow NYC food blogger moodyfoodyadventures (@moodyfoodyadventures on Instagram, definitely worth a follow if you live in the area or simply enjoy liking amazing-looking food pics).

MadSqEats will last through October 1st, so head toward Madison Square Park where 5th and Broadway intersect between 24th and 25th Street for all things booze and street food (and RIP, summer).
