THE MOZZARELLA EXPERIENCE at OBICA FLATIRON

It always goes that when there is cheese involved expect to be serenaded in the utmost fashion (more cheeeese, PLEASE). In this case at Obica‘s Flatiron location, more *MOZZ* cheese please, as the restaurant’s name literally translates to “HERE IT IS”, pairing their freshest mozzarella with simple ingredients sourced right from the farmers themselves.

If you really want to taste *all* the cheese, I would suggest starting off with THE MOZZARELLA EXPERIENCE, all of Obica’s very best.

Ricotta, pine nuts, and cranberries:

Bufala Affumicata and marinated artichoke:

Bufala classica and basil pesto:

Stracciatella and anchovies:

Tartare di salmon with avocado and poppy seed:

Pork chops to die for, with hazelnut crust, spinach strudel, and yogurt blueberry sauce:

Don’t forget the draaanks. Obica’s flavorful and natural ingredients make for some BOMB drinks (and an awesome rendezvous spot at that).

The Viaggio, with Beefeater gin, kiwi, passion fruit, cane syrup, citrus:

Vitis, with Flor de Cana rum, red grape, white grape, basil, citrus, cane syrup:

Don’t forget dessert, the Pera el Barbera with pear, Barbera Wine reduction, and cinnamon gelato:
