I love Mad Men and have been following the series since its start, so I can’t deny I’m always obsessing over everything from the show’s perfect cast to costume designer Janie Bryant’s brilliant vision for the overall ensemble. And leave it to none other than Banana Republic to be the first to step up and mimic this retro look with a forthcoming line inspired by their “stylish new stepmother,” Megan Draper. And well, duh. I mean, obviously there’s Joan and her busty dresses, but Megan’s class and chic style is one to be admired, along with her inner character that’s strong and independent, who creative director and VP Simon Kneen of Banana Republic notes, “takes risks and is a little bit more in the know in terms of fashion.”

March 1 is the expected arrival date of the new Megan-inspired line (just in time for season 6), and I’m hoping to see a dress much like the one she wore whilst singing “Zou Bisou Bisou” to Don…
