Ruimilk: soft serve characters in Flushing Queens

I have an inside joke with my friends now, that #WhenInFlushing you have to hit up like, EVERY single dumpling place, along with a very necessary stop at RUIMILK: Queen’s newest concept ice cream store that turns their delicious soft serve ice cream (like: it’s pretty damn good!!!) into cute little characters with cotton candy and other treats such as a panda, Hello Kitty, a snowman, and even a ballerina tutu (main photo).

The menu is constantly changing with the seasons and new cotton candy / ice cream “works” that are unlike anything you’ve experienced thus far in your concept ice cream life.
