A lot to do in six seconds: Vine challenge calls for stop-motion take on classic film

In the case of Vine slowly taking over the world (OK fine, it already has), the latest challenge via Mashable is asking Viners to create a six second version of a classic film using stop-motion technique. Meaning: pretty much anything goes.

Simplifying a movie classic is the perfect chance for all you film poster collecting cinephiliacs to bring those pieces of art to life, or you know, for all you Vine newbies to put forth some extra effort in making something totally sweet.

This week’s Mashable Vine Challenge, brought to you by fellow Vine enthusiasts and stop-motion artists Hunter Harrison and Frank Danna, is really exciting when thinking about just how much opportunity you have with a mere six seconds of video.

Use the hashtag #MiniRemake to share your six second minimalist take with the world before 5PM today and the world could be yours (well, sort of…)!
