Stay Grindin’ (and brunchin’) at Trademark Taste and Grind

OK, OK, enough with the brunch posts; I know – but I can’t help it when I come across a brunch spot I so happen to fall in love with.

I’ve stopped in Trademark Taste and Grind for drinks and dinner before, meeting all of my expectations from what I had seen on the ‘gram. But as all New Yorkers know, it’s actually all about the brunch life, baby!

I recommend starting off at the Bloody Mary bar, because not only do you get your standard tomato juice Bloody Mary but the restaurant also offers a different take on the drink with a kale flavor base (main photo). You can create your own recipe with the garnish classics such as pickles, bacon, cheese, sausage, and even mini sliders if you are one of those who considers bloodies an actual meal.

The rest is just, how do I say it? Delightful. The menu offers plenty of options for all foodies alike, and the quality is honestly heavenly.

Avocado Toast with spicy pickled shrimp:

Acai Bowl with almond milk, berries, peanut butter, banana, and cocoa nibs:

Brunch Burger (my favorite!) with a double patty, fried egg, cheese, black pepper mayo, and pickles:

Bananas Foster French Toast with brown sugar caramel, vanilla sauce, and sea salt:

Everything Spiced Latkes with smoked salmon, creme fraiche, and dill:

Additionally Trademark (hence the name) also operates as a coffee shop in the front, so if you’re in need of a piping hot coffee or espresso before brunch you’re set.

Stay brunchin’, NYC!
