BBQ = SUMMER at SALT AND BONE NYC

BBQ is King…or something. I dunno, just a feeling I get about aged ribs speckled with pepper and eating corn on the cob to commence that summertime heat in NYC.

Astoria’s latest opening of SALT AND BONE with its cafeteria-style service and full service bar to keep folks entertained while they wait to much on all things BBQ is a great cool-down spot to try out this season. And well, my fellow foodie @yeahfoodbeer really knows how to throw a shindig, always introducing me to the best spots; this particular Tuesday was filled with Yuengling bottles (which, side note: I’m from Ohio, so there’s a certain appreciation of that for those who might know), hearty salads, PICKLES, and lots of #meeeeats!

Elotes galore, with a kick of spice you will enjoy:

Salads on salads on salads (and those pickles!!!):

Riiiiibs, anyone?:

Told you I love SALT AND BONE elote!

FYI: cocktails can also substitute for dessert!
